Who actually does the work?

Steve does. He runs the account review, makes the call on your constraint, and records the walkthrough himself. No analysts, no handoffs, no template.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your Meta account, and ideally Shopify and your analytics (Triple Whale or similar). Read-only means Steve can see everything and change nothing. Nothing in your account moves without you.
